Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo

This was simple and absolutely delicious. I've never been a fan of alfredo until now! It was just amazing :) I also think my picky 4 year old is starting to be non-picky. He loved this AND ate all his broccoli too!

What you need:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Frozen broccoli florets, cooked
  • Fettuccine
Directions:
Combine butter, garlic powder, cream cheese, and Parmesan in a small saucepan.

Heat over medium heat until cheeses are smooth. Add milk, salt and pepper.

Prepare your pasta; drain. Serve topped with cooked broccoli and alfredo sauce.
