Taco Twist Bake

I loved this recipe. It was really simple, really quick, and very delicious.

What you need:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:

Brown ground beef; drain if necessary. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and bell pepper.

Add sour cream to cooked pasta and stir well.

Pour pasta into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese onto pasta.

Add meat mixture.

Bake at 325* for 25 minutes.
Add remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
