I haven't always been the best cook. When I was first married, I had a couple staple recipes that I made...and some of those included out of box meals. One in particular was like pot pie with biscuits and it was good, but it didn't make much and it could get pricey. I found my solution from this recipe from Campbell's: Easy Chicken & Biscuits. I don't make it as often anymore, but it's still a great and comforting dish to have on occasion.
Once I started making more of a variety of foods, there were still a handful of recipes that I made often because we liked them so much. Slow Cooker Tex Mex Chicken is definitely one I have made so many times I could make it with my eyes closed! It's a lot like having a fajita in a bowl served over rice. :)
