It's been about a month since my last Throwback Thursday post - life has been pretty hectic - we've had Cami and Mason's birthdays this month and I've been trying to combat the various bugs that keep making their way back into our house. Lucky me - it's my turn to be sick and I happen to be the ONLY one sick and it happens to be the worst I think I've been sick for a long time...plus it's making my asthma flare up, which I've never had happen. I didn't really sleep last night and coffee is revolting right now, so I'm basically a zombie. And zombies create lots of blog posts. Yep. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. So let's check out some recipes from the archive.
I love this CHEESEBURGER PASTA. It takes 5 ingredients and can be made in under 30 minutes and in one pot. It's basically a busy mom's dream dinner. Or really any person who is busy - with kids or not. My kids love this recipe because it's like a hybrid of mac and cheese and spaghetti.
The next recipe from the archives is my go-to meatloaf recipe. I don't get to cook my meatloaf topped with ketchup because Nick doesn't like ketchup, but this SUNDAY MEATLOAF has tomatoes cooked into it - along with dry onion soup mix for seasoning and BACON!! It's the best meatloaf I've ever had.
If y'all get around to trying these two recipes (or any other recipes on the blog), leave me a comment on what you thought - I'd love to hear from you!
