This week's new/old discoveries are two copycat recipes that I've made a million times. They were definitely hits from the get-go.
First up is one that can be modified a ton and turns out beautifully each time: AMAZING HOMEMADE PIZZA ROLLS. Basically, you just take a wonton wrapper and fill it with pizza toppings - whatever ones you want! Then you fold them and fry them. I like that they aren't teeny tiny like regular pizza rolls.
The other recipe today is one that I just adore because I don't like to eat McDonald's, but I do grave their cheeseburgers every once in a while: COPYCAT MCDONALD'S CHEESEBURGER. They aren't horribly greasy or make you hate yourself afterwards, but they still invoke that classic taste, if that makes sense. Even down to the little flavor crystal onions :)
