
Happy New Year! Last year, I touched on how I wanted to focus on taking care of myself and I feel now that I am in a better place. A way way better place than I was last year at this time. I ended up having another incident of super ventricular tachycardia and I am now back on medication and have not had another incident. I went through a period where I was having anxiety again, but I think I'm finally to a place where I am okay. Some days can be days where my anxiety rears its ugly head again, but most days are great.
In 2018, I want to continue to focus on taking care of myself like I did in 2017. But I also want to try and focus on the blog and bettering it. I still have to add the print feature to many of my old posts and work on the SEO (blargh!). I would like to continue taking newer pictures of old recipes and try and better my content!
