  1. I can't believe how many recipes I have recently found using potato chips, have I been under a rock and missed this new crunch option for coatings. What a great idea, my kids are going to love this idea. Is there any preference in chips that is better than others?

  2. I used Ruffles, but I feel as if Lays (without ridges) would work a lot better for crushing. :]

    I must have been living under a rock too. I knew about cereal, crackers and bread crumbs for coatings, but I never even considered chips. It makes sense now though, that's for sure!!
