What you need:
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (I never have lettuce when I make these)
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Place beans, salsa, and chili powder in a small saucepan and warm up over medium high heat. It won't take you long.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of bean mixture into the center of the tortilla and spread.
- Top with lettuce and cheese. Fold up and serve.
