Welcome back to Tasty Thursday!!
The title of this recipe, I think, is adoptable. This is Ree Drummond's favorite meatloaf. But now it is also my favorite meatloaf. I mean, it's wrapped in bacon. WRAPPED. The simple flavors work together really well :)

What you need:
- 1 cup milk
- 6 slices bread

- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- Ground pepper
- 1/3 cup minced parsley

Pour milk over bread in a bowl. Let soak for about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, Parmesan, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, parsley, and eggs.
Mix together until combined.
Mix together until combined.
Form into a loaf on a baking sheet or broiler pan (bottom lined with aluminum foil).
Place bacon over top, overlapping, and tucking underneath.
Bake at 350* for 1 hour. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
