Burritos, in my opinion, are pretty awesome. My favorite thing about them is stuffing them with a billion different ingredients. I personally had never though to add fresh cilantro to it, but it was a welcome change! I really liked the tri tip as well.

What you need:
- 1 tri tip
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- Spanish rice
- Refried beans
- Salsa
- Cheddar cheese
- Cilantro
- Tortillas
- Sour cream
- Combine salt, pepper, and garlic - rub onto tri tip.
- Place the tri tip in a slow cooker and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
- Remove from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes prior to shredding.
- Build burritos with all the fixings and tri tip.
