Tri Tip Burritos

Tri Tip Burritos | Slow-cooked shredded beef paired with refried beans, rice, and cilantro. #recipe

Burritos, in my opinion, are pretty awesome. My favorite thing about them is stuffing them with a billion different ingredients. I personally had never though to add fresh cilantro to it, but it was a welcome change! I really liked the tri tip as well.

What you need:
  • 1 tri tip
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • Spanish rice
  • Refried beans
  • Salsa
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Cilantro
  • Tortillas
  • Sour cream
Directions:
  1. Combine salt, pepper, and garlic - rub onto tri tip.
  2. Place the tri tip in a slow cooker and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
  3. Remove from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes prior to shredding.
  4. Build burritos with all the fixings and tri tip.
