The first full week of September means I'm starting to make all the pumpkin things! I'm so excited. We have a few comfort food meals this week and Stuffed Zucchini has made its way back to the meal plan once again because each time I try to make it, my grocery store has ZERO zucchini stocked. Not even organic. Hoping that it will be in stock this week!

Sunday - Baked Buttery Herb Chicken and Potatoes
