Goodbye, January! It's time for February :) I'm always very weary of February after many years living in upstate New York, but then I remember that I no longer live there and February in East Tennessee isn't so bad. Most of the time haha. February is a big birthday month for the family and both Cami and Mason have birthdays coming up. In February, I'm going to try and cook out of some cookbooks on my shelf.
