Ultimate Reese's Brownies

These brownies are the ultimate treat for pb lovers with pb chips, pb cups, and Reese's Pieces!

I love brownies, but I will admit that I love a box brownie mix. Homemade brownies have been good, but nothing could beat a box mix...until these guys! OMG. They taste like box mix on steroids - love love the Reese's cups and Reese's Pieces and I really love any recipe that has peanut butter chips.

What you need:

  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 24 mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped and chopped
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces

Directions:

  1. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs and oil and whisk until combined.
  3. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  4. Pour half of the batter into a 9x13-inch pan that has been lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Top with Reese's cups and then remaining batter.
  6. Finally sprinkle the top with Reese's Pieces.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 26 minutes or until there is no longer a jiggle.
