These brownies are the ultimate treat for pb lovers with pb chips, pb cups, and Reese's Pieces!
I love brownies, but I will admit that I love a box brownie mix. Homemade brownies have been good, but nothing could beat a box mix...until these guys! OMG. They taste like box mix on steroids - love love the Reese's cups and Reese's Pieces and I really love any recipe that has peanut butter chips.What you need:
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 24 mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped and chopped
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces
Directions:
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and oil and whisk until combined.
- Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Pour half of the batter into a 9x13-inch pan that has been lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Top with Reese's cups and then remaining batter.
- Finally sprinkle the top with Reese's Pieces.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 26 minutes or until there is no longer a jiggle.
