Countdown to 2022: Best Appetizers & Snacks

Counting down the best appetizer and snack recipes of 2021 to ring in the new year!

I honestly almost forgot about the Countdown this year until earlier this week. If you're a regular reader, you'll know I've basically stopped posting. I just haven't had time. Marching band mostly ended but then all the end of the year stuff started happening and I really didn't get much of a break LOL. I hope maybe in 2022 to get back to posting at least once a week.

1. Snickers Chex Mix - love chex mix and love Snickers, so this was a clear winner in my book.
2. Jalapeno Popper Chicken Egg Rolls - these were fried so they were crunchy. They also had bacon in them, so it's like bacon, cheese, chicken, and jalapenos. SO GOOD.
3. Slow Cooker Corn & Jalapeno Dip - I was wanting to make corn dip for a while and I had to make this one multiple times trying to get a good picture but couldn't lol
4. Blueberry Pie Yogurt Parfait - I love parfaits and this one was so good with layers of blueberry yogurt, vanilla yogurt, blueberry sauce, graham crumbs, and fresh blueberries.
