Countdown to 2017: Best Crockpot

The crockpot, in my opinion, is one of the best kitchen tools there is. It's so versatile too. It's nice for busy days. It's nice when you want to have a lazy day. It's nice for hot summer days when you don't want to have your oven on. It's nice for cold winter days when you want a hot soup. You can make snacks, dessert, sides, etc. in it.

I feel like I may have missed posting some recipes because I use my crockpot all the time. At least once a week. But apparently in 2016, I only posted 4 crockpot recipes. I am sharing 3 of the 4 today.

  1. Slow Cooker Cheesy Enchilada Quinoa - I think this is one of my most favorite quinoa recipes to date. It was so delicious. I know that doesn't really tell you much, but it's one of those things. You just gotta try it.
  2. Slow Cooker Tuscan Sausage and Bean Soup - I love this soup because it's just chopping ingredients and placing them in the crockpot - no precooking needed!
  3. Slow Cooker Cheeseburger Soup - Although there is a little bit of cooking here...it's in the last 30 minutes, so it's not a really bad trade off and the soup is amazing!

In case you missed it...
