I have been trying my hardest to make all the Greek/Mediterranean food. Just an excuse to eat goat cheese really. However, only Cami and I like goat cheese. The boys do not. But I can get away with making things with goat cheese if I don't mix it in and that works for me. I enjoyed this recipe so much.
