#NationalCoffeeDay with NESCAFÉ® Taster's Choice® #ad #CraftEachDay

Instant coffee has always seemed so foreign to me unless we're talking about using it in baking. Would you believe that I had never tried it as it was intended until last week?! I was lucky enough to be chosen take the NESCAFÉ® Taster's Choice® challenge and I just have to share with y'all how that went. National Coffee Day is coming up on September 29th and I am celebrating in a new way!

I received a mission kit from NESCAFÉ® that contained a package of the NESCAFÉ® Taster’s Choice® stick packs of instant coffee (in 100% Columbian roast - yum!), a glass mug and teaspoon, an educational booklet, and THREE recipe cards - count them, THREE! A challenge where I get to drink coffee, get a coffee mug (my addiction is real), learn something new, and make a few new recipes - if I wasn't already signed up, it wouldn't take much prodding. I did go ahead and run out to get the 7 oz. glass jar of their House Blend to save the stick packs for days where I need to leave the house.

I do not work outside the home, my "work" is my blog and it's more of a hobby at the moment. However, I do have 3 children, 2 cats, a dog, and a husband and they do keep my day busy. Most of the day, it is just me and my littlest, Mason (who is 18 months old), at home. Most mornings I rush to get my coffee brewed and put creamer in it. It can be a struggle because Mason loves to climb and mess with everything first thing in the morning. If he were like his older siblings, I could set him in his high chair and give him breakfast, but he doesn't like to eat first thing in the morning. So it's a rush to get my coffee while keeping an eye on him and while both cats are underfoot meowing because they are starving. This past week, I took the NESCAFÉ® Taster’s Choice® challenge and instead of brewing my one cup of coffee, I was able to use the instant coffee by adding just hot water - no waiting. I already love the convenience of the instant coffee!

Instant coffee isn't the only new thing I tried this week - I have never had NESCAFÉ® brand coffee before. I am pretty open to new things, so I was looking forward to trying their coffee. I love that my mission kit came with an educational booklet. I got to learn more about NESCAFÉ® as a whole and why their product is so well-crafted. They use responsibly sourced beans, carefully roast and brew their beans for the best flavor, and flash freeze to lock in that perfect flavor. I also love that they are working with coffee farmers to combat environmental issues that threaten the future of coffee.

NESCAFÉ® Taster’s Choice® comes in six varieties: House Blend, Decaf House Blend, French Roast, 100% Columbian, Hazelnut, and Vanilla.

And having your morning cup of joe is as easy as adding water! It's that simple. You can purchase both the stick packs (that are for 8 oz. cups of coffee) or the glass jar that holds 7 oz. of coffee deliciousness (an upgrade from the old plastic packaging to help keep the coffee fresh) in any of the six flavors. I personally loved the glass jar because it's easier to add just the right amount of coffee to make a 10 oz. cup - which is my favorite. But the stick packs are incredibly convenient for on-the-go cups like I needed this morning when I had a doctor's appointment.

The 100% Columbian blend was the one I tried first and I loved the bold rich flavors paired with my favorite creamer. I purchased the House Blend because I favor light roasts and the House Blend was smooth and mild. It's definitely my favorite of the two, but I cannot wait to try more. I served my House Blend cup topped with whip cream and pumpkin pie spice - yum!

Morning cup while finalizing my grocery list!
Early morning blogging and because I'm an adult, I'm having a bowl of Fruit Loops with my coffee.

If you are a coffee lover, I highly encourage you to take the NESCAFÉ® Taster’s Choice® challenge and share your experiences online! Be sure to tag @NescafeUSA and use the hashtags #CrafteEachDay and #TastersChoiceChallenge when you do :)

And be sure to check out the different recipes on their website. My mission kit came with recipes for Creamy Caramel Latte, Iced Coffee, and Chai Coffee. Last weekend was ultra busy and this one is supposed to be too, so I'm not sure I'll be able to make one of them, but they are definitely on my to-make list, especially the Creamy Caramel Latte. I already have plans to concoct my own pumpkin spice latte since the local stores are out of everything pumpkin and coffee and it makes me so sad!

What are your thoughts on instant coffee?
Would you try it?

RAGÚ Homestyle Faux Baked Roasted Garlic & Tomato Spaghetti #ad

http://www.linqia.com/

Hello, Fantastical friends! I picked up a jar of the new RAGÚ® Homestyle pasta sauce to make a new recipe of baked spaghetti. I am so excited to be sharing this new recipe with y'all that I whipped up for my family in a jiffy the other night (Thursday night to be exact). I am definitely no stranger to baked spaghetti, but I thought the new pasta sauce with the promise of hugging the pasta needed a new (and better) recipe!

Faux Baked Roasted Garlic and Tomato Spaghetti // Rich and hearty RAGU turns this baked spaghetti into a wonderful homestyle meal #recipe #ad #spaghetti

I definitely prefer a hearty spaghetti sauce, so it really was a no-brainer for me to test out the new RAGÚ® pasta sauce. One of my new favorite things to do is to throw roasted grape tomatoes into any pasta dish - whether that be spaghetti, alfredo, pesto, etc. Another new favorite of mine is to do faux baked casseroles. Basically, I will cook all my ingredients completely and throw them into a baking dish. Then I simply top whatever it is with cheese and put it under my broiler. It comes out looking and tasting like it's been baked and it is wonderful!!

Faux Baked Roasted Garlic and Tomato Spaghetti // Rich and hearty RAGU turns this baked spaghetti into a wonderful homestyle meal #recipe #ad #spaghetti

The new RAGÚ® pasta sauce comes in five different flavors. I opted for the roasted garlic, but I also purchased the meat sauce as well. I will definitely be picking up the four cheese, mushroom, and traditional sauces soon too! All of them sound incredible and I love to try new pasta sauces out. Since roasted tomatoes have been my thing lately, I thought that I really needed to do roasted garlic as well. Everything roasted! I tossed my grape tomatoes with salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil to kind of match the flavorings of the sauce a little, so the tomatoes did not stand out so much or overpower the sauce. The sauce itself is rich, hearty, and so flavorful. It's definitely one of my all-time favorite sauces. The roasted garlic sauce is just plain good. The roasted tomatoes were the perfect compliment to the RAGÚ® Homestyle Thick and Hearty Roasted Garlic pasta sauce.

I love that RAGÚ® is calling their new line "Homestyle" and love even more that they say it is "simmered in tradition". Spaghetti has always been my most favorite meal. Growing up with a stepdad whose heritage was Italian meant we had a lot of Italian meals. A lot. But I never got sick of it. As I got older, I definitely tried my hardest to find a good homemade spaghetti sauce. I do have a few great recipes, but I admit that with three kids now, I am as busy as ever and prepared sauce is the way to go. I think that a homecooked meal doesn't always have to be from scratch and it certainly doesn't have to be a super complicated recipe. I think it's so important to just sit around the table with your family and enjoy each other's company over a meal made in your own kitchen. Those are the homestyle meals and it really does mean the world to your loved ones.

Faux Baked Roasted Garlic and Tomato Spaghetti // Rich and hearty RAGU turns this baked spaghetti into a wonderful homestyle meal #recipe #ad #spaghetti

I, myself, have made spaghetti a million times for my family. Probably more times than anything else I've ever made and my children (the oldest two - little guy doesn't talk to that extent quite yet) raved about how amazing it was and how it was the best spaghetti and meal they had ever had. They say that about a lot of foods I make, really, but I could tell this time was just a little different. I'm really glad that they enjoyed this recipe because I certainly did. A big shout out to RAGÚ® for sponsoring this post and inspiring me pass on my family traditions, not to mention, for making such a great product that not only tastes good, but has no artificial colors or flavoring. Y'all have to stop by the RAGÚ® recipe page and check out all the wonderful recipes there!

Why I Love WaterWipes #WaterWipesTarget #ad #IC

This post was sponsored by WaterWipes as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central. I received complimentary products to facilitate my review.

I know I typically post about food, but I definitely want to use this platform to share great finds in both the food world and non-food world. I figure there are probably quite a few moms that read my blog. I'm certain there are a plethora of moms who have kids with sensitive skin like me! I posted recently about my children's sensitive skin here on the food blog. It has always been on the forefront of my mind to ensure that I'm using quality products without fragrances or dyes that might cause a rash. You can practically look at them wrong and they will have a rash!

I love to shop for baby products at Target and find that there are some hidden gems here and there throughout the baby aisles. I found WaterWipes on the top shelf of the wipe aisle and decided to give them a try. I was over-the-moon excited to try these out on Mason (my youngest who is almost 17 months old). He is a little alligator to change nowadays (you can hold an ankle and he'll start spinning!), so it's an added plus that these are safer and more gentle on his skin than the other brands of wipes out there because diaper changes don't always go smoothly for us.

WaterWipes are baby wipes designed to ease a mother's mind. They have only two ingredients: water and grapefruit seed extract. That's it! No harsh chemicals. No fragrances. No dyes. Just water and grapefruit seed extract.

I have been using them on Mason's sensitive bum for the last week and they have been wonderful. They effectively clean him and are still gentle on his skin. I'm not going to lie. My family uses baby wipes for everything. I keep some in my car for cleaning up spills or if someone has gotten sticky somehow. I think I have a set of wipes in each big area of the house because they are amazing. Even in the gap between having Cami, who is now 8, and Mason, we still had baby wipes on hand at all times. It's awesome to know that these wipes are going to be gentle for all of us and chemical-free as well.

My diaper changing essentials - the puppet book is definitely a must with my wiggly alligator toddler!

Influence Central is graciously hosting a giveaway for readers to have a chance to win one of five $100 Target giftcards! Check out all the details and enter below!

I-C will randomly select winners from all program entries and will facilitate fulfillment of the winning prizes (5 winners).

Summertime Fun: DIY Yard Yahtzee #FreetoBe #ad

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #FreeToBe #CollectiveBias

DIY Yard Yahtzee // Get the whole family outside with this classic board game made to play outside #gamenight #FreetoBe #ad #diy #yahtzee

Hello, Fantastical Readers! I have a fun tutorial coming up in this post that I have been eagerly awaiting to post and I hope you stick around to check it out.

If you follow me on social media, you may notice that my whole family suffers from sensitive skin (we all have varying degrees of severity of eczema) and seasonal allergies. Matthew and I are getting immunotherapy to help with our environmental allergies because we definitely suffer the most out of everyone. Both of us are allergic to everything they test you for in the skin prick test...yes, everything. Even though we get allergy shots, I take every measure possible to minimize flare ups and that includes washing all of our laundry with all® free clear products.

Over the many years as a mom and wife, I have found that all® free clear liquid detergent is the only detergent that my family can use that doesn't affect our sensitive skin and still cleans our clothes. Matthew's pediatric dermatologist recommended it to us when he was about 10 months old. It's actually the #1 detergent recommended by dermatologists, allergists, and pediatricians for sensitive skin - and I completely understand why. It's free of dyes, perfumes, and irritating residues. Plus it takes care of 99% of allergens like dust mite matter, cat and dog dander, ragweed, tree, and grass pollen. Ragweed in particular has been rough lately here in East Tennessee. It has also been awarded the Seal of Acceptance from the National Eczema Association.

I buy the all® free clear liquid detergent (plus the all® free clear fabric softener and all® free clear dryer sheets because soft and static-free clothes are just as important as clean ones!) at my local Kroger. It is ultra convenient for me since I am there every week to grocery shop. If you shop at Kroger, you can find them on the laundry products aisle which is aisle for my store.

If you're a US Reader, you know that summer is well under way and if you're a parent, you may be looking for some fun activities to do with your family outside to escape the very dreaded "I'm bored" rut. My oldest two, Matthew (9) and Cambria (8), are definitely over summer break already and I hear "I'm bored" many many times a day. They are less likely to cry boredom if they are outside, but still it does happen sometimes. Why am I mentioning all® free clear liquid detergent?? Because it goes hand-in-hand with our outdoors experience and makes me feel at ease with having my kids outside playing in the grass, climbing trees, etc. They are definitely free to be kids with the help of tough-stain-fighting, whiten-whites, and brighten-colors all® free clear liquid detergent!

DIY Yard Yahtzee // Get the whole family outside with this classic board game made to play outside #gamenight #FreetoBe #ad #diy #yahtzee

And in the spirit of getting the whole family outdoors, let's get on down to business to create a fun outdoor activity for everyone to enjoy! Below I give you step-by-step instructions on how to make DIY Yard Yahtzee! My older two kids have gotten pretty obsessed with board games lately and Yahtzee is one of their favorites. They are both math whizzes, so they enjoy the number and score-keeping bit of Yahtzee, as well as, just trying to get an actual Yahtzee. They were over-the-moon thrilled and excited that I was making an outdoor version for them.

In this project, there is a lot of room for customization. You can do bigger or smaller dice. You can paint them a base color or stain the wood (just remember to allow time to dry!). You can do different colors or one color for the dots on the dice. Your dice bucket can be metal, plastic, or wicker.

Happy Toddler, Happy Mommy featuring Gerber® Lil' Beanies(TM)! #GerberWinWin #ad

www.linqia.com

I am interrupting the normal recipe sharing schedule for a little bit of mom talk! This particular post is going to be about Gerber® Lil' Beanies(TM). As most of you all know, I have a bubbly little 15 month old toddler named Mason. What you all may not know if you don't follow me on my personal blog or social media is that we really struggled with the transition to table food with Mason. I had no experience with this problem because my older two kids transitioned normally from purees to table food. Mason did wonderfully on purees, but got to the point where he refused to eat them and still couldn't quite get the hang of table foods. Enter: Gerber® snacks.

Power Your Morning with Nature Valley Cereal #ad

Today is National Cereal Day and I am celebrating with a bowl full of the new Nature Valley Cereal. It's very important for me to start the day right and eat breakfast. I have struggled in my years of being a mom to make sure I am eating breakfast too. I tend to lean towards simple meals that fill me up like cereal and yogurt with granola and fresh fruit. I was so happy to see Nature Valley had three new cereals out on the shelves because I adore their granola and often eat it with my yogurt for breakfast. While I did grow up eating sugary cereals, as an adult I can't get enough of the healthier kinds of cereal.

https://ooh.li/d0f79b5

So what three cereals are out? Nature Valley has Honey Oat Clusters (which you can see below in my little gif), Baked Oat Bites, and Chocolate Oat Clusters. Nick, Cami, and I all love to add fresh berries to our cereal, whereas Matthew likes his chocolatey and sugary. Luckily, Nature Valley has a cereal for each of us to love and enjoy. We haven't been able to snag a box of the Chocolate Oat Clusters, but we did grab a box each of the Honey Oat Clusters and Baked Oat Bites. I loved both of them, Cami and Nick prefer the Honey Oat Clusters, and surprisingly enough, Matthew like the Baked Oat Bites too because they are cinnamon and he loves cinnamon cereals!

https://ooh.li/d0f79b5

Nature Valley's new cereals are not made with artifical colors, flavors, or high fructose corn syrup. They are great sources of fiber too!

Let Nature Valley power your morning with their three new cereals. Enjoy a bowl today and save some money while doing it with this $1.00 OFF coupon! Which flavor are y'all gonna try first??

Ultimate Cinnamon Buns #HolidayWithGlade #ad

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #HolidayWithGlade #CollectiveBias

Glade® Limited Edition Winter Collection | BE AT PEACE™ Balsam Fir & Juniper, CHERISH THE PRESENT™ Apple Cinnamon, SEND A LITTLE LOVE™ Vanilla Biscotti™, and SHARE THE SPIRIT™ Pomegranate Sparkler™ #HolidayWithGlade #ad

I couldn't help it, guys. When Glade® had their Limited Edition Fall Collection, I bought jar candles, wax melts, and PlugIns® Scented Oils and because they smelled so good, I made a recipe to go with my newly acquired scents. And this is how I ended up with more jar candles, wax melts, PlugIns® Scented Oils, and premium room sprays. All it took was a trip to Kroger, which I do weekly if not more, and a game of "I Spy New Glade® Limited Edition Winter Collection fragrances" and now I have a bunch of holiday scents at the house! The Glade® Limited Edition Winter Collection has nine scents in total and these are my favorites: BE AT PEACE™ Balsam Fir & Juniper, CHERISH THE PRESENT™ Apple Cinnamon, SEND A LITTLE LOVE™ Vanilla Biscotti™, and SHARE THE SPIRIT™ Pomegranate Sparkler™.

Glade® Limited Edition Winter Collection | CHERISH THE PRESENT™ Apple Cinnamon #HolidayWithGlade #ad

I think the holiday scents are some of my very favorite scents because they remind me of previous holidays and all the great memories that come with the season. CHERISH THE PRESENT™ brings me back to my childhood. My mom loves apple cinnamon anything and she used to have apple cinnamon-scented candles and premium room spray at the holidays - especially Christmas. BE AT PEACE™ is a lovely scent to have because we never get a real tree for our Christmas tree - this scent is subtle and we love it. We get our "real tree" smell, even though we have our artificial tree. The SHARE THE SPIRIT™ scent is wonderful too, but I immediately think of New Year's for it, so we're saving that one until past Christmas.

Glade® Limited Edition Winter Collection | CHERISH THE PRESENT™ Apple Cinnamon and SEND A LITTLE LOVE™ Vanilla Biscotti™ #HolidayWithGlade #ad

My favorite of all the scents is the Glade® SEND A LITTLE LOVE™ Vanilla Biscotti™ scent. Even though we don't eat biscotti, the jar candle reminds me so much of my favorite cinnamon bun frosting. The vanilla scent makes my mouth water for some of these cinnamon buns. Each year our family tradition is to have homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. I don't know why we started doing it, but it is our thing now.

Ultimate Cinnamon Buns | Huge cinnamon buns topped with a creamy, smooth, finger-licking good vanilla frosting #breakfast #recipe #HolidayWithGlade #ad

These cinnamon rolls are HUGE, so they fill us up for all the unwrapping of presents we have to do - and tides us over until our 3pm Christmas dinner at Nick's momma's house. I like to prep yeasted cinnamon rolls on Christmas eve so I don't have to wake up too early on Christmas day. Like most yeasted cinnamon rolls, you prepare the dough and let it rise, roll it out into a rectangle or square shape, add filling, roll up and slice, and let rise for a little longer before baking. The best part of these is by far the vanilla frosting. The Glade® SEND A LITTLE LOVE™ Vanilla Biscotti™ Jar Candle smells almost identical to the frosting on these Ultimate Cinnamon Buns, and it makes me the happiest person alive!!

What is your all's family tradition for Christmas morning? Are there any scents/smells that make you think of the holidays?

Turtle Thumbprint Cookies #HeftyHoliday #sp

I know, I know, I said this post would be coming in the next few days, but I just couldn't wait any longer. I had to share these cookies that I made for the Hefty Holiday campaign! When I think about holiday treats and making holiday goodies for friends and family, I immediately think of cookies. I make at least half a dozen different cookie recipes in just December alone. Cookies were a staple holiday treat when I was growing up - I loved helping my mom and grandma bake cookies. You have to have a good way to store and keep cookie gifts until they reach their destination and that's where Hefty comes in. I love the Hefty Storage Slider Bags for placing baked (and cooled) cookies into for holiday gifts. It's so much easier to slide the little slider than to snap snap snap. Wouldn't you agree?

Hefty makes secure, strong products that keep food fresher longer and prevent spills [that spilling thing goes for their trash bags and tableware, too]. Right now, Hefty has these adorable bag toppers on their website to use for your holiday goodie bags. I packed up a new recipe of Turtle Thumbprint Cookies for some family and friends using these adorable toppers. All you need is scissors, a hole punch, string/ribbon, and tape to decorate the storage bags up.

Pack up your holiday cookies in Hefty Storage Slider Bags with these adorable bag toppers from their website: https://ooh.li/2ce3d65 #HeftyHoliday #sp

Not only are these sweet cookies just plain aesthetically pleasing, they are decadent and rich. You have all the classic turtle flavors in one itsy bitsy cookie. It's the best. I got some very shocked and excited sentiments when I surprised some folks with the cookies. "Is that caramel?! Oh my gosh!" - that one was probably my favorite. I love exciting people with food!

Jalapeno Popper Deviled Eggs #GobbleAgain #IC #ad

Find the recipe on The Recipe Jackpot

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Rubbermaid. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

When it comes to transporting food from my house to other houses or locations, I am very picky with how I store them to ensure the food makes it in one piece to its destination. I always volunteer to cook food for not only the holidays, but any event that needs food - like a work function or school function. I try to make something each week for our weekly dinners at Nick's mom's house, too. When Thanksgiving came around, I planned to bring the turkey, au gratin potatoes, cake, and deviled eggs. I was incredibly excited to test out the Party Serving Kit from Rubbermaid. It has two inserts that can be used for cupcakes and deviled eggs, but can also transport various other food items, like cake, pies, cookies, etc.

Transport your holiday foods safe and secure in @Rubbermaid 's new Party Platter and Party Serving Kit containers - plus a recipe! #GobbleAgain #IC #ad

I have a few other containers that are just not built as sturdily as the Rubbermaid Party Serving Kit is built. The handle is NOT wobbly. You click it into place and it stays. The sides clip securely and the lid does not go ANYWHERE. I actually did not wait until Thanksgiving to use it to transport cupcakes to family dinner (see picture below). I also got to try out the Rubbermaid Party Platter which has four areas for various foods and a removable food storage container for dips. I packed a veggie tray with pickles and olives with a side of ranch dressing to take to Thanksgiving dinner. I was so happy that nothing spilled anywhere in my trunk from either container. That is such a blessing, let me just tell you.

Both Rubbermaid food storage containers (the Party Platter and Party Serving Kit) are 100% BPA-free and lightweight. The Party Platter is microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe. The Party Serving Kit is dishwasher safe and has both a lip on the base to prevent spillage and a tall lid, so your food doesn't get smushed. It's really not any fun when your cupcake frosting is demolished.

Our New Favorite: Birds Eye Flavor Full veggies #BEFlavorFull #ad

Many thanks to Birds Eye for sponsoring today’s story and encouraging me to make bold veggies for my family without sacrificing precious time to spend with them!

My kids are somewhat on the rare side. They LOVE veggies. However, they do complain when I make plain vegetables for sides. I picked up some of Birds Eye Flavor Full frozen vegetables to appease their request for flavored vegetable sides. I typically steam all of our vegetables, but since the colder months are upon us and fresh produce isn't too reliable, my go-to is Birds Eye Steamfresh frozen veggies - and I definitely stock up on them. It is incredibly convenient for me to just grab a side from the freezer and place it in the microwave while I finish up making dinner - especially on Mondays when I grocery shop, volunteer at Girl Scouts after school until 4:45, and rush home to fix dinner because Nick and Matthew leave for Boy Scouts at 6:45. I have been making a lot of one pot or crockpot meals on Mondays and I love having a quick veggie side dish, like the Birds Eye Flavor Full veggies, on hand and ready to go. There are eight different varieties to try. We started out with Buffalo Cauliflower and Ranch Broccoli. We were having a one pot pasta dish and I knew I would not get any complaints with the spicy side, so we tried that one first.

Turn your family into veggie lovers with Birds Eye Flavor Full veggies #BEFlavorFull #ad www.fantasticalsharing.com

Matthew and Cami were happy to see that I was making a flavored veggie, but I think Nick was even more excited than they were. He lives for buffalo-flavored anything. We have a hard time finding buffalo foods that don't have blue cheese or ranch with them - which Nick would not touch with a ten foot pole. I will eat ranch, but I prefer my spicy foods to be spicy and not have ranch with it. The Birds Eye Flavor Full Buffalo Cauliflower does not, I repeat, DOES NOT, have any cool aspect to it. It is definitely a side for spicy food lovers. And it was perfection. It was spicy, but not too overwhelming for the kids and it had very bold buffalo flavor to it. A lot of times spiciness takes over and it won't have any flavor to it, just heat. This was not the case. We were very impressed with the buffalo cauliflower and will most definitely make it a regular side at our dinner table.

Turn your family into veggie lovers with Birds Eye Flavor Full veggies #BEFlavorFull #ad www.fantasticalsharing.com

Birds Eye currently has a $1.00 off coupon on their website [good for 30 days, but not available past 12/31/15], so be sure to stop by and save a little money when you buy these awesome veggies! There are 8 varieties in all, so I cannot wait to try all the different kinds. You can visit their website to see all of the varieties - there is one that pairs perfectly for every type of cuisine - or use their handy store locator to find a store that carries the Flavor Full veggies near you.

Cami especially loved the Flavor Full Buffalo Cauliflower. She is my slow eater who doesn't eat large quantities of really anything. After she finished her pasta and first round of cauliflower, she asked if she could eat the rest of what was left of the cauliflower! She literally grabbed the bowl it was in and chowed down. That is definitely a win in this mom's book!

Let's Talk #RemixYourCoffee #ad

I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Folgers. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

It's Friday!! And this momma needed her coffee!! I had a rough day yesterday with little Mason man deciding to boycott his regular three naps and take a cat nap instead. Then I slept horribly because one of the kitties (not naming names *cough* Muffin *cough*) decided to smother me in my sleep. This morning I was woken up early by Cami worried about the school fundraiser (which isn't due until Monday). I finally got the big kids to school and was looking forward to sitting down with my cup o' joe...and then the school calls to let me know Cami has not gotten sick yet, but is in tears and needs to come home.

Days like these are definitely 2-cup days. I go a little overboard this time of year with pumpkin spice creamer, so I am happy to have found a little coffee goodie to switch it up a bit - and that is Folgers Flavors. Folgers Flavors is a concentrated liquid flavor enhancer that comes in a convenient squeezable container. What I love about the Folgers Flavors is that not only does it come in four different flavors (all of which I like: hazelnut, mocha, french vanilla, and caramel), it does not require refrigeration and can be taken on-the-go for those mornings I am in a rush and grab coffee in a race out the door. I added a little of the hazelnut Folgers Flavors, in addition to my pumpkin spice creamer this morning. I tried the caramel yesterday, which is my favorite so far! You can add as little or as much as you would like. It's definitely customizable for each person's tastes. I am very excited to try it with iced coffee this summer! For more information, stop by the Folgers website: Folgers.com.

And a last little fun bit to start your weekend off right - check out this awesome Folgers #RemixYourCoffee video from Mike Tompkins: The Acapella Producer featuring Folgers Flavors and a clever twist on the iconic Folgers jingle. I already have the song stuck in my head :)

And because I think y'all should have the opportunity to try this product, I am hosting a giveaway for two samples of Folgers Flavors coffee flavoring for one lucky winner to receive!

a Rafflecopter giveaway
