I cannot express how delicious these are! They'd be perfect to bring to a Christmas party!

What you need:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Preheat oven to 350* and grease an 8-inch square pan.
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Melt butter in a small saucepan.
Turn off heat and add brown sugar. Stir until smooth. Stir in egg.
Add flour and baking powder, stir well.
Stir in vanilla and pecans.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
After it cools, dust with confectioners' sugar.
