It's a great way to wrap up your year of blogging in a beautiful little bow. I haven't posted recipes for the last few days and I won't be posting anymore recipes until the new year, so this is how I make up for it :)

So let's get to best breakfast recipes of 2012...

Best Buttermilk Pancakes - these literally are the best. They are easily the most fluffy, flavorful pancakes I've ever had. We've made them a few times since the first time.

Quick & Easy Cinnamon Butter Buns - four ingredients makes for a super quick and incredibly delicious breakfast. It's one we have also made very often since trying for the first time.

Philly Cheesesteak Omelets - my hubby is a cheesesteak fiend and has turned me into a fiend too. This is an original recipe to try and incorporate the cheesesteak into a breakfast meal. My hubby also loves eggs for breakfast, so this is like the ultimate man breakfast for him :)

Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake - I've got a turbo sweet tooth and I love coffee cakes for breakfast because of the obvious: it's cake...for breakfast. This cinnamony, chocolately, moist cake was perfect for meeting all my sweet tooth needs before noon!

Buttermilk Blueberry Breakfast Cake - this has been a huge hit on Pinterest. The reason was easy to see after making and eating it! Much like the coffeecake, it's a moist, delicious breakfast. This one has just the right touch of lemon in there that marries with the blueberries!

Coffeecake Pancakes - a great pancake with streusel bits in it!

Pumpkin Pudding Cinnamon Rolls with Rum Cream Cheese Frosting - another original. I stock up on pumpkin pie pudding, but never use it. Mine from last year almost expired, so I had to use them. I think rum goes well with pumpkin, so I added extract to amp up the cream cheese frosting.

Best Waffles - the best investment I made for my kitchen this year was my $20 waffle iron. Invest in one! Homemade waffles are so much better than store bought. These waffles had very fall/autumn or wintery spices in them. They almost tasted pumpkiny. I love pumpkin, so that was a win in my book!

Carrot Cake Donuts - I don't think I need any explanation of why these are on my best list.

Lemon Raspberry Oatmeal - I've been converted into a lemon lover this year and I've finally convinced my children to love oatmeal. We've been testing out many different baked oatmeals. This is definitely everyone's favorite.
