During typical weeks, I try to vary the foods we have and keep carb-heavy meals to one or two nights a week...somehow, I flubbed up and we are having pasta four times this week. -_- I honestly can't say I'm upset because I love pasta, but that is totally the problem. I have NO self control when it comes to portion sizes and pasta. Here's to hoping that I exercise some self control this week! haha What are y'all having to eat this week?!
