This Slow Cooker Bacon Ranch Chicken makes such a good sandwich, it's like crack!
I love crockpot chicken recipes because I feel like the chicken always is moist, tender, and packed with flavor. I especially love recipes that are thrown in the crockpot and then shredded and thrown on some bread. They are the easiest kind of recipes, right?! I have made recipes that are referred to as "crack" before and that hasn't let me down yet, so I knew this one would be great. I was not disappointed at all, although crack doesn't really tell you what's in the chicken. It's not crack. It's bacon and ranch dressing mix. I don't like ranch dressing, but ranch dressing mix is the BOMB. All-in-all, the simple stuff that goes into this recipe really make it a finger-licking good sandwich. The kind you will use a spoon to scoop out the filling out of the crockpot and it mysteriously makes it your mouth instead of the bread. :)
