This week is my birthday week and I've decided that I want to have steak for dinner and cheesecake for dessert. Nick has drill this weekend, so that's kind of annoying, but by now, doesn't surprise me. So hopefully making my cheesecake won't be too much of a hassle and I can do it with some help from the big kids supervising their crazy toddler of a brother for a little bit.
