I'm sharing this recipe over on my personal blog for The Pinspiration Project - I highly recommend going and linking up something you've made from Pinterest lately. Any Pinterest-inspired project - hair, recipe, makeup, craft, etc.
(Print)
What you need:
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- Chicken tenderloins
- Milk or buttermilk
Soak chicken tenderloins in milk for 20 to 30 minutes.
Melt butter in a 9x13-inch pan at 400* - watch closely so you don't burn it!
Place salt, seasoned salt, pepper, flour, and paprika into a plastic baggie.
Let excess milk drip off chicken and then add it into the plastic baggie with the flour mixture.
Place in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 20 minutes.

This looks delicious! I love "baked" fried chicken, so much easier than standing over a hot stove getting splattered with oil, lol.
I'm your newest follower via GFC. Please come visit me over at My Sesame Seed Buns sometime!
I love chicken and this looks delicious. I looked at your inspiration photo and thought it look familiar--then I read it was from My Life Uncommon or The Wonder Twins. I had to smile because Amy the author of the blogs is my niece! I had seen the original post on her blog. Amy is a great lady and this is a yummy recipe, great find.
Have a great day.
Fantastic share! I just snagged some chicken out of the freezer and have been trying to get a creative mindset going...lol..this will be wonderful!
