This no bake pie is the perfect summer dessert that will bring you back to your childhood!
This was my very first homemade pudding pie and I really loved it. I served it up for family dinner dessert and everyone was in agreeance that it was such a mouthwateringly delicious dessert. I think circus animal cookies are one of my all-time favorite snack from my childhood that I still eat to this day and I love how colorful the pie ends up with the addition of sprinkles :)

- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 cup Circus Animal Cookies, roughly chopped (plus some for topping)
- 1 9-inch Nilla pie crust (keep the lid!)
- Rainbow nonpareil sprinkles
- In a medium bowl, whisk together both pudding mixes and cold milk until just combined.
- Then quickly fold in half the Cool Whip as gently as you can.
- Then quickly fold in chopped cookies as gently as you can.
- Spread the pudding mixture into the pie shell, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Before serving, top with sprinkles and additional chopped cookies.
- Refrigerate leftovers for 1 to 2 days.
The last pie I made was a cookie pie, not a pudding pie, but it was wonderful and you have to try the Peanut Butter Sweetie Pie! I want these Frosted Animal Cookie Muddy Buddies from Inside BruCrew Life so badly. I'm drooling just looking at them!
