Who hasn't wanted to make a pan full of bars that taste just like Reese's cups?!
Hello hello and happy May. I have this easy 5-ingredient recipe to share today that tastes just like a Reese's cup. And it makes a lot of bars that taste just like a Reese's cup, so it's honestly fantastic. It can be cut into whatever size you'd like, so this would be really fun for a party or get-together.
What you need:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cups peanut butter, divided
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter.
- Mix with a hand mixer until combined - the mixture will be lumpy.
- Spread evenly in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish that is ungreased.
- Melt remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter with milk chocolate chips in a double boiler.
- Spread evenly over the peanut butter mixture to cover to the edges.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Overnight is even better.
- Cut and serve!
