BBQ Chicken Wraps

I love this recipe! This is my second time making it and I'm kicking myself for not making it more.

What you need:
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
Place chicken in the middle of a broiler pan. Brush with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.

Spread veggies around the chicken and brush with vegetable oil.
Broil for 3 to 4 minutes.

Turn chicken and vegetables and brush with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
Broil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve warm in tortillas. I like mine with Colby Jack cheese.
