Cheeseburger Macaroni

This is a good variation for regular old macaroni and cheese. :) And it's incredibly filling!

(Print)
What you need:
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 12 oz. Velveeta, cubed
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown meat. Drain.

Add water, ketchup, onion powder, and mustard. Bring to a boil.

Add macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.

Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is done.
Add cubed Velveeta and stir until melted.
