What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet until ground beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain. Season with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to directions. Drain and return to pot.
- Add cooked beef, Italian seasoning, and soup to egg noodles. Stir.
- Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on low until heated through.
