What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet until ground beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain. Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to directions. Drain and return to pot.
Add cooked beef, Italian seasoning, and soup to egg noodles. Stir.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on low until heated through.
