Cream Cheese Monkey Bread

Cream Cheese Monkey Bread | An amazing variation from the classic cinnamon-sugar treat #recipe

When I first saw this recipe on Pinterest, I was a little scared to try this recipe out - not because I was afraid it would be bad, but I was nervous that I would screw it up. It was surprisingly easy to make and so so so good. So much better than regular monkey bread. Oh my goodness.

A kitty is never far away when I'm trying to get pictures of food :)

What you need:
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans flaky buttermilk biscuits (20 total)
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350* and spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
Mix together sugars and cinnamon.
Cut cream cheese block into 20 cubes.

Flatten biscuits and put one cube per biscuit. Wrap dough around edges of cube.
Place 10 biscuits into the bundt pan, cream cheese side up.
Sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon-sugar and 1/2 the butter.
Repeat with the 10 remaining biscuits, cream cheese side down.

Cook for 40 minutes.
