Pancakes meet muffins in this wonderful breakfast that you can customize in so many ways!
This is one of the most genius recipes I've ever found and made. It literally can be turned into whatever flavor combinations you want it to have. It could be savory or sweet. For our puffins, I made mini chocolate chip, cranberry and white chocolate, and bacon and caramel. All three combinations were fantastic, but my favorite was the chocolate chip for sure. The possibilities are endless and if you do make these with your own combination, please leave me a comment. We make these often and keep making the same three flavors because we love them so much, but I would love to try new combinations too!

What you need:
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- Mix-ins: chocolate chips, berries, bacon, sausage, bananas, nuts, etc.
- Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, and syrup together and pour into cupcake tin-lined muffin pans to reach the halfway mark.
- Add your favorite topping to each cup.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 14 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Why have just a little chocolate when you can have double the chocolate for breakfast? I love these Double Chocolate Chip Muffins. These Blueberry Pancake Muffins from Crazy For Crust are also made with pancake mix and syrup. YUM!
