One Pot Philly Cheesesteak Soup

All the great ingredients of a cheesesteak topped with crispy croutons in a wonderful one pot soup.

This one pot soup features 3 different kinds of cheese and carrots, green bell pepper, and poblano, in addition to steak. Years ago, I never would have thought I'd enjoy philly cheesesteaks, much less making it into soup. This is a lovely soup that we cannot wait to have again.

I posted this quicker, less fancy, but still incredibly delicious version of Philly Cheesesteak Soup last year. This Steak and Ale Soup with Mushrooms from The Cozy Apron looks so very savory - don't you agree?
