Juicy Burgers

What you need:
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. onion, I use about 1 to 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until just combined.

 Make into patties. I have one of these's amazing! This was before I flattened them out.


And serve! :]

this is basically how ive always cooked my burgers- they dont dry out that way. and ive learned if you add just a little but of mustard-not so much that you can taste it, it gives it a little more moisture as well :)
