What you need:
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. onion, I use about 1 to 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Seasoning salt
- Pepper
| Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until just combined. |
| Make into patties. I have one of these thingamajigs...it's amazing! This was before I flattened them out. |

this is basically how ive always cooked my burgers- they dont dry out that way. and ive learned if you add just a little but of mustard-not so much that you can taste it, it gives it a little more moisture as well :)
