Juicy Burgers

These burgers have never failed to impress at a cookout!

*NEW PIC TO COME*

When I want a flavorful burger, this recipe is my go-to. I love seasoning my burgers with just salt and pepper, but sometimes you really need some garlic and smokey flavors and that's why I turn to this recipe.

(Print)
What you need:
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. onion, I use about 1 to 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, until just combined.
  2. Make into patties.
  3. Grill!
Recipe from Food

This recipe for The Very Best Salisbury Steak is actually more similar to this burger recipe than you'd think. If you want to kick it up another notch, these Bourbon BBQ Bacon Burger Sliders from Hezzi D's Books and Cooks are dynamite!

this is basically how ive always cooked my burgers- they dont dry out that way. and ive learned if you add just a little but of mustard-not so much that you can taste it, it gives it a little more moisture as well :)
