Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe {Copycat}

It's time for another copycat! I've only had one sip of one of the real things. It was okay, but I wanted to learn how to make it at home because my husband liked it. The at-home version was SO much better. And it can be made all-year round. I'm not sure how Starbucks' schedule works or secret menu or what not, but that is just too much headache for me and too expensive. So making this at home is easy for your brain (as long as you don't drink it too quickly) and your wallet!

Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe {Copycat} - passing on the dangerous knowledge of how to make this at home. #Starbucks #cookies #beverage #frappe #frappuccino

(Print)
What you need:
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. creamer
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup, plus some
  • 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips, chopped
  • 3 Oreos, crushed
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • Chocolate whipped cream
  • 1 Oreo, crushed for garnish
Directions:
  1. Mix together coffee, creamer, sugars, and chocolate syrup. Refrigerate until cold
  2. Place cold coffee mixture, chocolate chips, 3 Oreos, and ice cubes in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and 1 Oreo's worth of crumbs!
Note: The second time I made it, I used coffee ice cubes and it was even better! :)
