Cookie Week: Oreo Pudding Cookies

I don't even know how to accurately express how amazing these cookies are. They are marvelous. They are stupendous. They are other synonyms of amazing that I don't know. I actually sent some to my bestie, Amber, for her birthday - of course, it was the weekend when I made them and my 5 year old decided since he couldn't reach the cookie jar that he would eat half of her cookies in the middle of the night. So these are approved by a bunch of bellies - you cannot keep your paws off of them. They are the best! And they will not last long at all!
