What you need:
- Corn tortillas and/or egg roll wrappers**
- Bean Dip
- 1 can green chillies
- Pepperjack cheese sticks
- Oil for frying
- Heat oil to 350 to 375*
- Spread bean dip onto corn tortilla. Add a little green chillies down the center. Place a cheesestick on top. Fold in sides and roll up.
- Fry and then set on a paper towel-lined plate.
**I also wrapped mine in the egg roll wrappers because I have horrible luck with corn tortillas and they were falling all apart in the oil. I might try JUST egg roll wrappers next time. I'm not sure though. They were really good with both.
