What you need:
Garlic-Basil Mayonnaise:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- 3 to 4 thin chicken breasts, grilled
- 8 slices good-quality bread, toasted
- 4 slices cheese of your choice
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and cooled
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Lettuce
- Mix together the mayonnaise ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours prior to let the flavors marry.
- Build your sandwich with all the ingredients and a bit of the garlic-basil mayo.

Drool! It is now lunch time and I am soooo wishing I was eating this instead of a plain ol' cheese sandwich.
