As you may have noticed, I have yet another new design on the blog. I needed something more cheery and colorful. Hopefully this will satisfy me for a while. It's horrible that I can't leave it alone. So with this are new buttons and banners - as you can see, I went the mustache route :)
Just as I get a craving to change my design, every once in a while, my chocolate craving is specifically for brownies. I love love love boxed brownies. More specifically, I am a Ghirardelli brownie SNOB! They make the best brownies. Recently, I received a Ghirardelli product for free for an honest review (thanks, Influenster!) - it happened to be a Sea Salt Escape bar and it was the most incredible bar of chocolate I've ever had in my life. I sent my husband out to get 2 boxes of brownie mix and on a wild goose chase for some of those chocolate bars. Unfortunately, I have not had any success in finding the ones with milk chocolate, but my husband did find the dark chocolate sister of the SSE, Sea Salt Soiree.
I'm not a fan of dark chocolate. At all. However, this Sea Salt Soiree bar is divine. It's not bitter and it's oh so rich! I chopped up 2 bars to mix in with my brownies and it made for the best treat! Salty, sweet, and a little bit of crunch.
