Countdown to 2016: Best Breakfast

Join us today as we share our favorite breakfast recipes of 2015!

Find some new recipes to try in the new year, as we say goodbye to 2015! The Countdown to 2016 has a slew of #recipes from many food blogs! #Countdownto2016 #newyear

In case you missed it, stop by and see yesterday's Best Appetizers & Snacks of 2015. Today is all about how we start off the day...or sometimes make for dinner :) I can't wait to see what all my favorite food bloggers have to share!

Once again, I see that I am failing on sharing breakfast recipes...for one big reason: I don't make breakfast recipes like ever. LOL. I'm not a morning person and that means I don't make a lot of breakfast recipes. I'm going to try again in 2016 to get up and make things to eat before I go scavenging in my kitchen for a cosmic brownie or nutty bar to eat. Not that I do that or anything :)

Ultimate Cinnamon Buns | I made these at some point during the year because I was craving cinnamon rolls. It was before Nick got my island finished, so I worked on the kitchen table. These rolls are HUGE and everything you want from a cinnamon bun/roll.
Berliners | These are little fried doughnut type pastries with Nutella stuffed in them. I think that's all I really need to say. They were a Secret Recipe Club recipe.
Cinnamon Pecan Banana Pancakes | These were a runner up recipe to the one I chose for another SRC reveal day. I love banana pancakes and thought cinnamon and pecan sounded fabulous. I was right. As I always am :)
Pumpkin Coffeecake | I love coffeecake. Mostly because it gives an excuse to have cake for breakfast and they are literally perfect with a cup of coffee. And it is no surprise that I shared a pumpkin coffeecake. Pumpkin is life.
Cranberry Coffeecake | But wait, another SRC reveal day recipe! I got very into cranberries during my pregnancy with Mason. I'm not sure why I didn't really eat them much, but they are one of my favorites now. I love their tartness. And they were delicious in this streusel-covered coffeecake.
Easy Christmas Breakfast Casserole | Not pictured and not actually on my own blog, I recently started contributing to Knoxville Moms Blog...a City Moms blog based out of my hometown: Knoxville. I shared this casserole right before Christmas. Even though Christmas has come and gone, you can still enjoy this casserole all year round. It's hearty and so so good!
