Let's talk New Year Resolutions...I'm not really one to do them. I think if I want to do something, it should not take the "New Year" to push me to do it. Right?! Plus I think that if you "fail" at your resolution, it can discourage you from continuing to try. So I don't like to call my changes "resolutions". Silly as that may be.
Towards the end of last year, I reached my tipping point with a lot of things. Most everything had to do with how poorly I was managing my time...so I made a change. So instead of a New Year "resolution", I have decided to have a "theme" to focus on during the year...and that theme this year is time management. I've been working hard to balance everything and still have time to relax. So far, it is working out very well for me and I'm puzzled as to why I couldn't do this before.
