Cheesy Garlic Chicken

I'm always trying to find new recipes for chicken breasts. I don't like having the same old thing all the time - it's how I got burned out on meatloaf and burgers. I was not expecting the result I got from making this - when I looked at the title, I thought "Oh, it's going to be covered in cheese and be garlicky." But this recipe ended up being kind of Italian and really great. I loved the tomatoes and the mozzarella - AND the soup mix just added a bold flavor to this that made it mouthwatering!

What you need:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 envelope Savory Herb with Garlic Soup mix
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400. Place chicken in dish.
Mix soup, oil, and water.
Pour over chicken and top with tomatoes.

Bake for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
