Jalapeno Popper Burger

We're jalapeno monsters! So it's no surprise that we'd test out a little jalapeno popper burger. This was fantastic. I will be trying to get them a little thinner next time, but they were still really good :)

What you need:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 to 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
Directions:
Mix together meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.

Make 12 thin patties from the meat mixture.

Mix cream cheese with chili powder, cumin, onion flakes, and jalapenos.

Top 6 patties with cream cheese mixture and top with other 6 patties.

Make sure you seal it up well.
Grill until preferred doneness about 10 to 15 minutes.

We topped ours with American cheese, you can really top it with whatever you want :)

Thanks for linking to Must Try Monday. My husband loves jalapenos. Do you grow them in a garden, or get them at the store?
