Copycat Otis Spunkmeyer Banana Muffins

I am going to just go ahead and say that this isn't a breakfast that you should make regularly, but for the special occasion - these are some of my favorite muffins to eat. They are a pretty good copycat!

What you need:
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 box French vanilla cake mix
  • 1 small box instant banana pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. banana extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts (had to omit)
Directions:
Preheat to 350* and prepare muffin tin lining them with paper cups.
Blend together all ingredients.

Fill cups 3/4 full and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
