Peanut Butter Cup Blondies

This is only my second time making blondies, but I can tell you all right now - this recipe is gonna be made all the time. Unless by some miracle the next kind of pb cup sweet is exponentially better than these. I highly doubt that is coming. These blondies are perfect for any peanut butter lover!

What you need:
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 Reese's cups, chopped
Directions:

Combine flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Combine peanut butter, butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips gently.

Pour in a greased 9x9-inch pan.
Top with peanut butter cups, pressing them in the batter gently.

Bake at 375* for about 19 minutes.
