Welcome back to Tasty Thursday!!
I love stir frys - love them. So for my birthday in September I made stir fry for my birthday dinner. I meant to do it with green beans, like the original recipe did. But I guess I used up my green beans the night before.
(Print)
What you need:
- Top round steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli (original called for green beans)
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
Heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add meat and cook to desired doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add veggies and cook until onion is softened.
Add meat back in with soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat through and serve!
