What you need:
- 3 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lemon, zested, juice from half
- 12 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
Stir together plain yogurt, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, salt, lemon zest,
and lemon juice from one half of the lemon.
Stir in raspberries and oats.
Pour into a coated casserole dish.
Bake at 375* for 45 minutes.
