Buttery Grilled Cheese, I dub thee Queen of Grilled Cheesandia.
Why queen and not king? It's got no meat...but it's still royalty as far as grilled cheese is concerned. There is lots of cheese and butter involved in this gem. It's definitely the crown jewel...okay, I'll stop now :) Both sides of both pieces of bread are buttered. Plus there are 2 slices of cheese, plus 4 Tbsp. of shredded cheese for each sandwich.

What you need:
- Bread
- Butter
- Sliced Cheddar
- Sliced Colby
- Shredded Monterey Jack
Butter both sides of each piece of bread. Add 2 Tbsp. Monterey Jack for each sandwich. Top with a slice of Cheddar and a slice of Colby. Then top with 2 more Tbsp. Monterey Jack.
Cook in skillet or on a griddle until cheese has melted and both sides are browned.
