Buffalo Chex Mix

My husband is a spice-aholic. I mean he eats the spiciest wings when we go to a wing place like Bdubs or Quaker State. He eats jalapenos like they are going out of style. I've worked on my sensitivity over the last 7 years or so. Buffalo anything is a must in our house. I love trying different buffalo foods. These weren't particularly hot, so I may add a little more hot sauce next time!

(Print)
What you need:
  • 4 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Parmesan Goldfish
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 pkg. ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
Directions:

In a large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, goldfish and pretzels.

In a small microwavable bowl, melt butter. Then add seasonings.

Pour into the cereal mixture and stir to coat.

Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Spread out on a paper towel until cooled.
Store in an airtight container.
