A classic bacon cheeseburger topped with a kicker - spicy sriracha mayonnaise!
We eat cheeseburgers about every other week for the most part. I love burgers and like to make different variations. Honestly, this one is nothing too crazy. It's kind of just your basic bacon cheeseburger but the spicy mayonnaise is key. It's nothing too hard or crazy either, but the mayo, ketchup, and sriracha combined are the perfect condiment for this burger or really any burger.

What you need:
For the spicy mayo:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bacon slices, cooked
- 4 to 8 slices cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns, toasted if desired
- Shredded lettuce or lettuce leaves
- To make the spicy mayonnaise: mix together all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Form ground beef into 1/4 or 1/3 lb sized patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on a grill or in a skillet, flipping once to brown on each side and cook through. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese.
- Serve buns topped with a patty, bacon, lettuce, and spicy mayo.
